Super Kniddelen

A healthy Luxembourgish dish with soft homemade dumplings, savory bacon, and a creamy finish. It’s comforting, filling, and full of flavor.
375 g Flour
250 g Low-fat quark
3 Eggs
200 ml Low-fat milk
½ tsp Salt
Pepper
200 g Lean turkey bacon
1 Small Onion
150 ml Light cream

Mix the flour, quark, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.

Cook the dumplings in salted boiling water until they float, then let them cook for 2 more minutes.

Fry the onion and lean turkey bacon in a non-stick pan.

Add the Kniddelen and fry briefly.

Stir in the light cream and season with pepper.

Serve with a green salad.
