Outdoor Gym
The 170 m2 fitness area in Laval Park (entrance on Rue Munchen-Tesch), has ten stations for stretching and weight training, as well as cardiovascular and coordination exercises. Signs provide information on how to use the different pieces of equipment and which body parts they target.
Outdoor gyms give you the chance to exercise in the open air using equipment that allows you to regulate the intensity and difficulty of your training session. The fun-to-use, high-quality outdoor equipment is designed for a full-body workout and is suitable for people of all fitness levels.
