Baked Gnocchi & Fish Stick Casserole

A hearty, comforting dish with creamy spinach sauce and crisp fish sticks. Perfect for big appetites—about 840 calories per serving (can be split into 1½ servings).
Keeps up to 3 days in the fridge and is freezer-friendly.
1 kg Fresh mini gnocchi (from the refrigerated section)
400 g Creamed spinach
15 Fish sticks
500 ml Cooking cream
200 ml Vegetable broth
1 Red onion
100 g Light grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika powder
1 tbsp nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan mode).

Place the gnocchi, creamed spinach, and diced red onion into one large or several small baking dishes.

In a bowl, mix together the cooking cream and vegetable broth, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Pour the sauce evenly over the gnocchi mixture.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, then arrange the fish sticks over the casserole.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the fish sticks are golden and crisp.
